William Burgos

William Burgos joined SCCI in 2002 and holds a degree in Construction Management. William has overseen over three million square feet of ground up development and major renovations.

Mr. Burgos is responsible for all capital and tenant improvement work and is the Project Manager for all shell building construction.

His expectational coordination, problem solving abilities and vast construction knowledge has allowed the company to beat production time schedules and come in under budget while increasing operating performance and developing short/long term strategic plans and pursuits.
