Sandra Cardenas joined SCCI in 2003 and has over 18 years experience in property management. She is responsible for the day-to-day management, budgeting, and financial reporting to the CFO.

Sandra executes lease and rental agreements, while ensuring accuracy and completion. Comprehensive knowledge in OCIP, and ensuring property coverage and subcontractor insurance, Sandra entertains only exclusive top rated insurance companies, binding exceptional insurance coverage.
