Lila Haimoff

Lila Haimoff joined SCCI in 1999, with over 21 years of experience in property management and commercial development. Lila has extensive background in structured financing, having sourced funding and equity from a broad range of lenders, enabling and maintaining healthy working relationships to expand company growth.

Lila is well versed in construction accounting and real estate principles. Working directly for owners and third-party managers, managing assets for institutional and non-institutional owners. Her various experiences have afforded her opportunities to be intimately involved in all aspects of property management, including leasing and providing lenders financial reports.

Lila has assumed the responsibility for maintaining the highest level of cash management of all partnerships, investments, budgets, investor relations and required financial reporting to lender institutions.
