Art Salazar Sr. founded Salazar Construction Co. Inc. (SCCI) As a small startup in 1980.
Today, thanks to Art’s extraordinary leadership, SCCI is one of the largest concrete contractors in California. Art has successfully expanded SCCI through perseverance, dedication and has allowed him to practice the latest innovative techniques daily as he succeeds in the most challenging, time sensitive and technically dedicated team on innovation and improvement of new project designs and constructability. Bringing four decades of construction experience from every level of the company.
