Salazar Construction was founded by Art Salazar Sr. and has a wide portfolio of Class A office buildings, educational institutions, industrial warehouses, healthcare facilities, big-box and power retail centers, auto dealerships, banks, public works, churches, super markets, and high-tech centers.
Our expert staff take pride in their ability to construct well-managed projects that are completed on time and within budget.

1980
Salazar expanded from residential focus into the industrial and commercial market.
1990
Began tackling larger & more complex projects. Salazar entered a period of rapid expansion & exploring new markets.
1995
Salazar began working with Home Depot & constructed 75 stores throughout California.
1997
Opened a Laser Screeds Division adding technologically advantages in concrete placing equipment.
2000
Salazar opens Development Division and completed construction on the first project.
2005
Acquired eight land parcels totaling 486,127 sq ft located in the Centre Pointe Business Park in Santa Clarita, California.
2010
Started Boom Pumping Division. Begins constructing self-storage facilities.
2015
Opened an On-Site Ready Mix Concrete Division with eight mixer trucks.
2020
Completed our 25th Self Storage Facility. The fleet of concrete batch plants total five and 38 mixer trucks.
