Kevin Arambula

Kevin Arambula joined SCCI in 2025 with a background in architecture design development. Kevin is responsible for the design of shell building construction and any tenant improvement projects.

Kevin brings problem solving and an imaginative skill set to every SCCI project. His ability to maximize the use of each property, while balancing the square footage necessary to maintain the functionality and efficiency of the underlying real estate design.

Kevin continues to ensure that our client’s needs are reached while preserving both regulatory and social responsibility.
