Ulises Salazar

Ulises Salazar joined the company in 1999, bringing over two decades of construction experience. Ulises specializes in commercial, industrial, e-commerce, concrete tilt-up warehouse and distribution, infrastructure, healthcare/OSHPD and site-work projects.

He oversees a specialized team dedicated to meeting fast tracked project schedules. He carries the responsibility of tracking potential opportunities in the Northern California market, preparing conceptual cost analysis, feasibility studies, providing value engineering considerations, assisting in the design-build team selection, contract negotiation and project buy-out.

Ulises continues to establish innovative procedures in our Preconstruction Department, collaborating closely with our clients, consultants, and the subcontractor community to bring conceptual design to the ultimate construction for our company’s unique project portfolio.
